Snakebite Cocktail

Get bit.
- 1.5 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- White of one egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- .5 oz Absinthe
Shake well with ice and strain off into glass.
