Quickie Cocktail

- .75 oz. French Vermouth
- 1.5 oz. Dry Gin
- .25 oz Absinthe
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
Stir well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Fourth Degree Burn

- .75 oz. French Vermouth
- .75 oz. Dry Gin
- .75 oz. Italian Vermouth
- .5 oz Absinthe
Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Serve with a cherry

Charmed Cocktail

- .75 oz. French Vermouth
- 1.5 oz. Dry Gin
- .5 oz. Absinthe
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint
Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

- 1 oz. French Vermouth
- 1 oz. Italian Vermouth

- Juice 1/4 Orange
- .5 oz. Absinthe

White Christmas Cocktail

- 1 oz. Apple Brandy
- 1 oz. Creme de Menthe (white)
- .5 oz Absinthe
Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Cafe di Cautione

- White of 1 egg
- .5 oz. Absinthe
- .5 oz. sweet cream
- 2 oz. Dry Gin
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into glass.

Antique Stove

- 1 oz. Absinthe
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- juice half of one lemon
Shake well with ice and strain into glass.

South American Cocktail

- 1.25 oz. French Vermouth
- 1.25 oz. Sherry Wine
- 1 splash bitters
- .25.oz Absinthe
Stir well with ice and strain into glass.

Stone of Eloquence

- 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
- .25 oz. Absinthe
- .25 oz. Curacao
- .25 teaspoon Maraschino
- 1 splash of Bitters
Shake well with ice and strain into glass. Serve with an olive.

Deep Sea Cocktail

- 1 0z. French Vermouth
- .5 oz Absinthe
- splash of Orange Bitters
- 1 oz Dry Gin
Shake well with ice and strain into glass.

Clear as Day Cocktail

- 1 oz. Dry Gin
- 1 oz Creme de Cacao
- .25 oz Absinthe
Shake well with ice and strain into glass.

Calcutta Rain Dance

- .5 oz. French Vermouth
- .5 oz. Italian Vermouth
- 1 oz. California Brandy
- .25 oz. Absinthe
- .5 oz. Curacao
Shake well with ice and strain into glass

Upper Cut Cocktail

- .5 oz. white Creme de Menthe
- .5 oz Apricot Flavored Brandy
- .5 oz Absinthe
- .5 oz California Brandy
Shake well with ice and strain into glass.

Bombay Punch

No Absinthe here, but what a concoction!

- 8 0zs. lemon juice
- Add powdered sugar until desired sweetness is reached
Place in punch bowl with a block of ice and stir. Then add...
- 1 qt. California Brandy
- 1 qt. Sherry Wine
- .25 pt. Maraschino
- .25 pt. Curacao
- 4 qts. Champagne
- 2 qts. Carbonated Water
Stir well and decorate with native fruits. Serve in 4 oz increments.

Snakebite Cocktail

Get bit.
- 1.5 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- White of one egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- .5 oz Absinthe
Shake well with ice and strain off into glass.

The Eyeopener

- Yolk of one Egg
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- .5 oz Absinthe
- .5 oz Curacao
- .5 oz Creme de Cacao
- 1 oz cheap Rum
Shake well with ice and strain into glass.

Traditional Absinthe Drip

This is also known as a Louche, meaning "blind in one eye".
- 1.5 oz Absinthe
- 1 oz Water
- 1 Sugar Cube
- Lighter or matches
- One Absinte Spoon (a fork will work just as well)

1. Lay the Absinthe spoon (or fork) across the glass and rest the sugar cube atop.
2. Pour Absinthe over the sugar cube and into the glass.
3. Now light the sugar cube on fire and let burn for at least 30 seconds.
4. Drop the sugar cube into the glass and add the water to extinguish flame
5. Stir and enjoy.

Absinthe Cocktail

.75 oz Water
.25 oz Anisette
1 splash of Orange Bitters

Shake well with ice and strain into glass.
